To maintain the highest levels of quality, Connectix ensures that every company who installs our products has access to the right support; from basic training, through to up to date knowledge of industry standards and trends. To date Connectix has trained many thousands of installation engineers and has hundreds of Approved Installers throughout the UK and Ireland.
To gain Approved Installer status, Connectix installers must be fully trained in installation practices and show excellence throughout all aspects of their business. The Approved Installer Status can enhance an organisations’ reputation within the Structured Cabling Industry and emphasise to the client that the required high level of expertise has been reached.
Installers can be approved (and therefore eligible to offer warranties) for either Copper, Fibre or both. We require that a minimum of 2 engineers from an organisation have passed our 1-day Copper and/or Fibre training courses in order to gain Approved Installer Status for that company/organisation.
